DOCUMENTS SENT TO US BY DIGITAL WAY

Basically lot of our service required photo and some personal information. You don't need to send us an original application, so for speed up the process basically you can send all scanned via email attachement. Please considering some important tips before sent on order to prepare your attachement.

SCAN OF SIGNATURE: the siganture must be scanned in out form, at minimum of 300 DPI of quality, absolulty in Black & White option, not color. Format accepted are bmp, jpg, pdf or psd

SCAN OF PHOTO: the photo must be as regular photo for passport , scanned in high resolution minimum 300 DPI, full color, light background, format accepted are bmp, jpg, pdf or psd. Alternative you can make a photo with digital camara at minimum resolution of 12Mpxel.

SCAN OF APPLICATION FORM: teh applciation form must be sent scanned in hightr esolution 300 DPi. Format accepted are bmp, jpg, pdf or psd

Alternative you can send this document via express courier only (not regular or registered mail). Courier Fee must be at your charge in full and we will charge an extra fee for paper document processing of Euro 100.00 

DOCUMENTS SENT US BY COURIER

For some service we required the document of applciationa nd relevant other documents must be sent via express courier. We will provide address for shipping during the process of order. Please note that all courier fee at your charge, we not accept  C.O.D. or documents sent via registered mail or regular mail. Only express courier (UPS, Fedex, DHL, TNT)

PAYMENTS TERMS

Due the kind of Business we conduct, all order must be prepay in Full. In some excepcional case, in particular if order price are very high, we can considering payment of 50% at order and 50% at document delivery. We don't accept any kind of Escrow Service.
